Responsibilities of the Fine-detail Manufacturing Associate
Manually prepare very small parts, some requiring magnification
Maintain accurate count of processed parts
Work with tight tolerances to create high-quality product
Learn new tasks and eventually cross-train in each department
Requirements of the Fine-detail Manufacturing Associate
2+ years experience at a single employer required, with preference given to more longevity
Must be able to use both hands to grip, manipulate, and interact with very small parts
Must have excellent eyesight in order to perform and inspect tight tolerance work
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time as required
